Proposed Garden Share Scheme
Tuesday, 11 November 2008 19:59
The proposal comes from a couple of requests for allotments to be provided in the village. There isn't any land, and the demand may not be great enough to make it a priority. However one really good suggestion was that there could be a garden share scheme, whereby someone with a big garden they are struggling with, allows someone else from the village with a small garden, to grow crops on a section of the garden, in exchange for some of the produce.

If anyone would be interested in such a scheme could they contact the Parish Clerk on 01424 848881 or email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and let me know whether they want to find a garden to share or have a garden to share. We will then try to put people together.
